Description

Join us for a very special event designed to celebrate and cultivate the love between mothers and daughters.  In this 90 minute workshop with meditation, yoga, tea and treats, you will bond through your yoga practice focusing on partner poses to strengthen love for self and one another.

Cost: $75 members/ $85 non-members includes 1 mom and 1 daughter ($25 per additional child)

Ashley combines her background as a teacher, yoga instructor and women’s group leader to inspire and ignite others to create a life of joy and ease. As someone who struggled with her own self-worth, Ashley turned to yoga for a much-needed spiritual practice. This led her to experience dramatic health benefits and thrive in all areas of her life. As an avid yogi herself, Ashley focuses on the eight limbs of yoga to help new and experienced yogis find and follow their path on and off the mat. Ashley is a certified Yoga Instructor with additional certificates in Trauma Informed Yoga and Art Therapy and Yin Yoga.
