About the Event
The ability to calm the chatter in our minds is a crucial skill for the modern student. Koru Mindfulness® offers a unique, evidence-based curriculum that was specifically developed for teaching mindfulness, meditation and stress-management to students and young adults.
Koru Mindfulness is a 4 session course that will teach young adults the skill of mindfulness. It will also help them build the habit of using it in their life on a regular basis. It’s super accessible for young people, with an app that helps to engage and guide them along the way!
Please note: This course is relevant for students and young adults aged 16-26.
Class is limited to 12 students, so make sure to sign up!

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Julie Engerran is certified Mindfulness Meditation Instructor. She has trained with Kaia Yoga, Mindful Schools and Search Inside Yourself, a Google-born Mindfulness-Based Leadership program. As a student of positive psychology, Julie is drawn to the role of mindfulness in developing personal resilience, finding purpose and practicing compassion. She has delivered mindfulness trainings to corporate leadership teams, individuals, couples, and families and loves to watch the transformation that takes place as her students develop their practice.
