Join us to follow, learn, and enjoy this beautiful movement practice for the body, mind, and spirit! In this class, you’ll be guided through a 16-movement Tai Chi routine, with opportunities to explore more as you progress. Set to calming music, this practice promotes inner balance, strength, and overall well-being while uplifting your spirit. Take what you learn and continue your practice in your favorite peaceful surroundings—at home, in nature, or right here in Rye! New to Tai Chi?
